
Before I got pregnant with Sean I was only 60kg and now I am over 70kg. Hubby have been complaining that I am putting on weight. I remembered while pregnant with Sean my waist stretched to 44 inches. Now I am not very sure what’s the measurement of my waist.
Hubby told me that I am not fat but later on saying the fat area is at my belly. I am checking out the website for Best Diet Pills . It’s going to be New Year and they will be gathering with family and relatives plus friends as well. Tell me how can I achieve my weigh loss goals.

I don’t really advice in taking pills to get slimmed down. A healthy way is always the best solution. If possible don’t take anything with carbs, like rice, mee, beehoon anything that made from rice. Just take meat and vege as usual. I can loose up to 2kg in 2 weeks time. Besides that exercise is also the key to slimming down, try to burn @ least 600 calories in 1 workout session. If 600 is too much den go for 300 calories just on cardio workout. after that do your specific area workout like your tummy or arms or hip or thighs. Do that min. 3 times a week, and definitely you will slim down.
But at the end of the day, it is all up to your discipline. How well you control yourself, it is mind over matter. Once slim down, try to control your diet and maybe the workout part can skip. because I know to keep doing workout routine may take up a lot of time and effort.

hi Ken, thanks for the advice. Yeah eating rice everyday and also meat too. I think I eat more rice and meat.
