Homework first than play

If you want to know how I manage to get Sean start to do his writing on letters. I told him that if he wants to go out he needs to write first. Yeah now he will start to write a page before he can goes out. Sometimes he does not write as he is too tired.

He loves going to play ground and he will runs for it. It is a chase and he loves the slide. I taught him to sit on the swing and he manages to get on by himself. I don’t have to carry him on swing any more unless it is higher than him.

He no longer stick his head to play station now as sister-in-law Jen not playing. When she is playing he would be there to play together.

My house was robbed few years back and it is a nightmare, who can imagine that someone will break in the house in day night. I find that it is important to put up alarm systems at home. Packing clothes for New Year

I need to get start with clothes which I am going to wear on Chinese New Year. I am not sure which I am going to wear yet, I need to pack them up as clothes at home town might not fit me anymore. Anyway I need take time to check the closet while Sean is at Kindy.

Right now he is having fun with his toys on the floor. I don’t think we will decorate home for Chinese New Year. I prefer to let it be just the way it is, I was told by sister-in-law the decoration at other home looks great. Of course they look good, they purchase the lantern set of lights.

I am sure hubby wants to get his car for car wash at nearest gas station. It is cheap there and you bet they done a good job. I have seen a couple sent their car there but the boyfriend doing the car wash as they only use the water there. I am not sure how they are going to charge him.

Yeah I need to shop Sean new clothes and some for hubby too.

Love animal kingdom

Sean loves his play time and he had me purchase him many types of animal. So now his collection of animal has become bigger. There are elephant, snake, lion, leopard, monkey, and so on. There are also many dinosaurs for him now.

I given him a silver bath tub to play in, it is belong to my mom who used to wash clothes many years ago. It is such as waste putting the silver tub at the side of the bath room. I had it clean and wash so Sean can sit inside and take bath. He has good time there and often spends so much time there.

Kid is growing up and he is getting heavier and taller now. I think he got it from my brothers as they are tall. I think the animal and dinosaurs are better than the robot toys, I mean they last longer.

Anyway I am still having hard time to put him to write. He is not interested to write much, all he did is write a line!

Some friends are running business so they want to find the discount printing services, it will be better for them to check online as they unable to go places to find printing. It is advisable that you use banners, catalogue and brochures for your business.

If you know that you have to send out postcards, you can check out this site. My friends send me a postcard when they are going on a holiday. Now they have direct mailing services this is just what you need. You don’t have to print out then send it out.

No budget for holiday

I am planning for this year holiday but hubby says there is no budget for holiday and he has no intention to go for holiday at the moment. Yeah it is still New Year for everyone, I just hope I can start out with the plan first.

Anyway my friend CY is going postpone her daughter’s extra toe surgery. According to her doctor its H1N1 that time and now baby is teething so everything got to wait. She is pregnant with 4th baby now, her target is to have 5 babies.

Sean is having his nap now as last night he slept late. He also not wants to go Kindy early morning. Hubby says throw away his tricycle only he wants to go. Kindy is not cheap this month need to pay $800.

Morning Call

I love my home but I am sad to see that my bathroom is such an eye sore. I am sure everyone spends most of their time in the room. Since some people here are having renovation for their home, I am thinking about mine too. Perhaps I can plan it first as I want to get rid of the ugly old bath tub.

There are so many website on bathrooms I can check out, I think this site will interest my brother K and his wife. I will need to take a look at the bathroom accessories. As you can see something in the bathroom is getting rusty.

I know I need a bigger bathroom mirror as Sean wants to see himself. He brushing teeth and not able to see himself in the mirror. I am sure everyone wants to get up in the morning then head to toilet and wash up. Hehehe… I know my sister-in-law Jen loves to sing in the bathroom. I don’t know her favourite song, as for Sean he loves to sing MJ’s song. But he will be spending most time playing with his toys in the bathroom.

I need to put some reading material in the bathroom but I will need to find bathroom furniture first.

Kid so demanding

My aunt was here last weekend for a while, she told me that it is important to teach Sean now and not giving everything that he wants. I agree with her but hubby and my dad keeps buying toys and things he wants. Hubby knows that we cannot afford to buy more toys but he still buy for him. This just not makes the house a big mess but encourage Sean to buy more.

Late in the evening we bring Sean to the mall as hubby needs to buy somethings. So Sean so clever telling me where is the toys, he means to go toys section. No way I am going there for sure he wants something. Just last weekend hubby was buying his shoes and Sean drag me to the toys section asking to buy Thomas Train set. It is so expensive over $100 for the train set. I am not buying and Sean wants it, he will take NO for the answer.

I am not happy with Sean’s attitude so I carry him far away from the toys section he cried so hard and even trying to choke me. Bad boy! Hubby was asking me why he is crying so I explain to him and I miss out the part that he tried to choke me with his hands.

New Year mood

Tomorrow Sean is going to start kindy, time flies and means that we need to pay for his education. Frankly speaking I am still in holiday mood, right now we are waiting for six guests here. They are people that I know relatives and my dad.

We will be going out for lunch, I not even have my breakfast yet. Not even a sip of coffee, oh you bet I am so hungry now. If I eat now I just worry I will be full during lunch. We will head to restaurant nearby, as now my bro Steven busy shopping groceries.

Goodbye 2009

What’s your plan for tonight, as for me I don’t know yet. The year 2009 bring back many memory to me like MJ passed away in June. My grandpa passed away 2nd Dec, my dad wants to bring back the old album which consists photos of grandpa but he is not able to take it at the moment. My sis stuff is blocking the way, she left many things here which I find them not useful.

I had a good first spa experienced, I don’t think I am going again because the money we can buy groceries. Hubby has got his new Digital Camera Canon, he loves snap pictures of relatives at the wedding ceremony we attended. We purchase a new washing machine because the old one still at the repair shop.

We attended the Mooncake gathering at home town which is organized by hubby’s cousin. We got Sean his first tricycle, he loves it and he still plays with the old one. We got ourselves the Proton Exora MPV first family car for us.
